Living Waters Leadership Training

Living Waters Leadership Training is an opportunity to receive personal inner healing through Jesus.

Also, if you are interested to run a Cross Current and/or Living Waters programs in your church or Christian ministry, or strengthen an existing Living Waters group in your area, you should come to our next training in 2024! If you are in leadership, whether in a pastoral position, or in the healing ministry you are also encouraged to apply.

Why get trained?

The Leadership Training helps us in our own personal walk with Jesus and equips us for effective discipleship ministry, as well as ministry to the relationally broken. It is required by those wishing to be a group coordinator of the Cross Current or the Living Waters program.

How am I trained?

Participants are trained through a combination of large group teaching, ministry sessions and small groups. The main emphasis of the training will be greater personal healing for you. Through healing prayer, we seek Jesus to heal our various wounds. As we enter into the healing process together, we learn how to lead others to Jesus for their healing.

What is taught?

Teachings will be on a variety of issues such as:

• Effective Prayer Ministry
• The Healing of Sexual Abuse
• Overcoming Addiction
• Restoring Boundaries
• The Roots of Our Brokenness
• Becoming Responsive to the Father’s Love
• The Cross and Confession
• Restoring Honor to Men and Women
• Renouncing Idols
• Forgiveness
• Releasing the Living Waters Program and Cross Current into the Local Church

Participants will become familiar with the Living Waters program and its 20 lessons in the Living Waters: Pursuing Relational and Sexual Wholeness in Christ guidebook.
